Our Caregivers

Paradise Homemakers conducts a comprehensive background screening on each new caregiver.  We also search for candidates with intangible traits such as a caring personality.

Seeking out a caregiver who wants more than just a job is the key to our in-home care selection process.

Our service representative carefully selects the caregiver with the necessary experience and personality that is best suited to the needs of each client.  Our caregivers love what they do and it shows through in the quality of elder care our clients receive.  After services begin, we monitor the progress of our services to insure that our clients are happy with the level of care.

We also want you to know that you are in charge of everything.  Because we are a non-medical service we will not dictate to you what your schedule is to be(i.e. what time you wake up, when to get dressed, what time to go to bed etc.).  You are the boss.  It is our job to adjust to your schedule and to keep you comfortable in the familiar surroundings of your own home.
